"I really enjoyed the relationships I developed with my peers and my professors. I found that, although it was online, it felt more personal because people actually care about each other. The professors were available to reach out to and they created a dynamic that allowed for everybody to feel that they were part of something perfect."
The program instilled in me a newfound confidence and sense of credibility knowing that Ive put some significant time and effort into learning about what leadership is, what it means and how I apply that for myself.
One of the things that drew me to the Brussels program was that ability to take time to focus on studying the things that were happening out in the world around us and that were applicable to the organization that I work for. Read about Brendan's study abroad experience.
I see a more realistic future in leadership, specifically in strategy and innovation. I feel more confident in exploring my curiosities in these areas, and I feel like the coursework provided a launchpad for that and created space for exploring new opportunities.
It is one of the best things I think I've ever done for myself just as a person. And I also think it's been great for my career, just in none of the ways I thought it would be. It's much more about developing a mindset and I've found that to be just such an enriching experience that I think it's worth taking the leap.
Ive come to discover, this is a program that allows you to see bigger possibilities, different possibilities for yourself because youre discovering a different version of yourself.
